The un-retreat! Here, we don’t look to escape our daily lives, but to integrate pleasurable elements into our work as mothers and as woman with our own separate interests and needs. Enjoy yoga, dance, aerobics, easy meal prep demonstrations, and guidance from professionals with your mental health in mind.
